At Quinn’s annual Christmas party earlier this month, employees received a special gift when it was announced that group health insurance will be available to all full time employees beginning January 1, 2023!!! “Quinn’s Cares” is the motto at the heart of our employee’s benefit package and this new addition is really the icing on the cake that makes working in Paradise even more enticing!
Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month following their 60 day employment anniversary. Full time employees are those that work at least 32 hours per week. Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort will pay 80% of employee premiums and 60% of family premiums. Quinn’s is ecstatic at the opportunity to offer medical insurance to current and future employees as we continue to develop into a truly desirable work environment.
