COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

RESORT WIDE
All social distancing measures outlined by the CDC and Dept of Public health between families and separate parties will be strictly monitored and enforced
Anyone unable to abide by these social norms will kindly be asked to return at a later date.
Guests showing physical signs or symptoms of illness will kindly be asked to return at a later date.
In the result of positive tracing to QHSR, all guests who may have been exposed will be contacted and made aware of the potential exposure
All employees, upon entering Quinn’s Hot Springs resort, will be required to pass a wellness check prior to working their shift
All employees must attend training regarding COVID-19 safe practices prior to returning to work
Hygiene stations with hand sanitizer will be placed around the resort
All public areas will be cleaned and disinfected at least every 2 hours
Includes door handles, toilet handles, walk way handles, etc.

LODGING
Reduced occupancy levels allow for
Expanded cleaning and disinfecting protocols in all rooms between stays
Additional social distancing measures across the resort
“Stay Over” service is currently not allowed
RECEPTION & CHECK-IN AREA
More guidance will become available on specific check-in measures as we get closer to the opening date, however all social distancing practices will be strictly followed
No congregating in waiting areas, patrons should wait in an appropriately spaced line or way that observes social distancing.
6 foot spacing between groups of no more than 10 (i.e. family groups and unrelated individuals must maintain 6 foot separation).
Furniture will be cleaned at least every 2 hours
HOT SPRINGS
Social distancing requirements will be strictly enforced while in the pools of those from separate parties
Signage will be posted regarding COVID-19 health warnings. Signs shall be positioned for effective visual observation by resort guests, such as on the entry way door:
Resort guests with fever, shortness of breath, a cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms must refrain from using the pools.
6 foot spacing between groups and no more than 10 per CDC directive (i.e. family groups and unrelated individuals must maintain 6 foot separation).
DINING
No congregating in waiting areas, patrons should wait in an appropriately spaced line or way that observes social distancing.
Limited menus will be available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

6 foot spacing between groups of no more than 10 (i.e. family groups and unrelated individuals must maintain 6 foot separation).

CLEANING
Per CDC protocol, we have ensured all our cleaners are approved to kill the COVID-19 virus
Room and cleaning guidelines follow all procedural changes outlined by the CDC and the American Hotel and Lodging Association
Additional cleaning and disinfecting measures in all rooms and cabins have been implemented for additional safety and wellness of our staff and guests
Public areas and facilities will be disinfected at least every 2 hours and include:
Faucets and toilet flush levers
Doorknobs and locks
Entrance and exit doors and door handles
Handrails
Chairs and armrests
Elevator buttons
ATM buttons
Lights switches
Restaurant tables and chairs
Guestrooms are cleaned and sanitized
Pool lockers
And all other touch points
