Please join us in congratulating Ronda Wakefield, SHRM-SCP, SPHR. She was voted the winner of the 2024 Montana HR Leader of the Year award! She was recognized at the Montana State SHRM Conference on May 2nd in Kalispell, MT. We’re so very proud to have Ronda on our team as the Director of Employee Development and Success (AKA - Human Resources).

Every year, the Montana SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) State Council spotlight human resource professionals in the state, and Ronda was one of 9 professionals nominated for the award. Ronda was recognized because of her demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication along with her commitment to lifelong learning. Her passion for advancing the field of HR is evidenced by her numerous certifications and credentials.
