Announcement:

We will roll out another month of availability on the first of each month at Noon MST so that swim reservations may be accepted as far out as 4 months at a time.

Day Use Swim Session Information:

Please take a few moments to read through the following before booking your reservation:

  • Our current rates are $18/person per session. Beginning June 1st, 2024 our rates will adjust to $20/person Monday-Thursday and $22/person Friday-Sunday.

  • Reservations are required for all day use swim guests. All swim session reservations must be made online and in advance by selecting the “Book Your Swim Session” towards the bottom of this page.

  • Large Parties of 9/more guests must submit a request by selecting the “Large Party Swim Reservation Request Form” button towards the bottom of this page.

  • Please remember to Bring Your Own Pool Towels as we are unable to provide day use towels. For your convenience, we sell towels in our gift shop.

  • Children 5 years old and younger may soak for free but must be supervised by an adult that has paid for a swim session.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of your booking. Please be ready to present this with picture ID upon arrival.

  • We are now accepting gift cards for day use swim reservations! If you are using a gift card to pay for your swim reservation, you must also provide a credit card to be kept as a guarantee.

  • Picnics/outside food & beverage are not permitted anywhere at the resort. We have many delicious options that you can order from the Harwood House Restaurant and Tavern.

  • Guests may bring in their own EMPTY water bottles (glass is not permitted in the pool are.) There is a filling station in the changing room building.

  • If you are using a gift card to pay for any amount of your swim reservation, funds will be deducted from the gift card immediately during the booking process. Any additional amount due will be charged to the credit card submitted during the reservation process at midnight, 3 days prior to your reservation. If you are not using a gift card, the credit card you use to secure your reservation during the booking process will be charged for the full amount of your swim reservation at midnight, 3 days prior to your reservation. To modify, cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must do so by midnight 3 days prior to your swim session date. Reservations cancelled after midnight 3 days prior to the reservation date are completely non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date. You may modify, cancel, or reschedule online by selecting the “Manage My Swim Reservation” button below. Large party swim reservations of 9/more guests carry a separate cancellation and deposit policy that states they must be paid in full at the time of booking, are completely non refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.
