Monica’s Fiddle

July 27th - 7 pm

Internationally-acclaimed violinist and festival co-founder Monica Huggett will take the stage in a concert of virtuosic fiddling, baroque style.  Works by Biber, Marini, and Vivldi will be followed by the great Double Violin Concerto by J.S. Bach, dueling violinist Adam LaMotte, along with the whole band.

Dueling Fiddles

July 28th, 7 pm

Highlighting the side of baroque music that really raises the blood pressure, this concert will display some truly tempestuous musical duels for one, two, three, and even more instruments.  Music of Vivaldi, Leclair, Rossini, and the great Paganini will be featured.  You may even hear some Orange Blossom Special.

The Final Battle

July 29th 7 pm

For our finale of the festival we’re bringing out the big guns.  Biber’s famous Battallia, Vivaldi’s Concerto for Recorder and two Violins, and some other great guests, trios, and full-band pieces.  We’ll end with the fabulously dueling Concerto for Recorder and Violin by Telemann.
