Pool Related 

What are the pool hours for lodgers? Adult Lodging Guests may use the pools from 7 am to 11 pm weekdays and 7 am to 1 am Fridays & Saturdays. Child Lodging Guests may use the pools with adult supervision from 7 am – 11 pm.

What are the pool hours for day use swimmers? We now offer 3 different sessions for day swimmers*: 11 am – 2 pm; 3 – 6 pm; 7 – 10 pm

* We would like to allow everyone entrance to our pools. Unfortunately, lately our pools have become overcrowded on a regular basis and we have had to turn people away. We have come up with a solution which we believe will provide more guest satisfaction and permit us to accommodate more day use pool guests. Please Call and make reservations for the session you want.

What are the pool rates? $10.00 per person per session. You can purchase an additional session for 5.00 providing there is availability.

Are pool towels provided for day use swimmers? We encourage you to bring your own towel. If you need one, you may purchase one for $6.00.

What are the age restrictions for pool use? Children must be 3 years of age and potty trained as we are a chemical free pool.

If I use the pools regularly is there a discount? We have a frequent punch card which offers you 10 swims at a discounted price. They are not valid on Saturdays or Sundays. You may use 2 punches per visit and they expire in 6 months.

What minerals are in the water? Silica, Sulfate, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, and Iron. Please be advised that the mineral content in the pools will tarnish any jewelry that is not gold. Should you forget and your jewelry tarnishes, jewelry cleaner or toothpaste will restore its natural luster.

Food Related

Can we picnic on the resort? We offer food and beverages for sale in both the tavern and restaurant. Guests who wish to picnic may utilize Cascade Campground just 3 miles away.

What are the hours for the Harwood House? They are open from 8 am to 9 pm weekdays and 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Breakfast is served from 8 am to 1 pm daily. Lunch is served from 11 am to 4 pm. Dinner is served from 4 pm to close.

Does the Harwood House Restaurant accommodate special diets? Yes, simply inform your server upon your arrival of your requests.

Are food and beverages permitted in the pool area? We provide free ice water and cups in the pool area. We permit food and beverages which are purchased on the resort in the pool area. People wishing to picnic are referred to Cascade Campground just three miles away.

Why does my credit/debit card statement say I paid so much over what I actually paid when I tipped my server? Your bank does an additional hold above the actual charge to it is released within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I charge to my room? We are not equipped at this time to accommodate room charges. If you wish to run a tab in the tavern, you may do so, but ID and an initial swipe of the credit card are required. Please take form of payment to the restaurant with you.

Can I barbecue or build a campfire? We border Lolo National Forest. As a result, our insurance will not allow barbecues or campfires.

Does Quinn’s have room service? We do not currently offer this service. We do, however, offer orders to go.

 Lodging Related

What is maximum room occupancy, do small children count as an occupant? Maximum occupancy depends upon the type of room. Please refer to the Lodging section for detailed information. Children over 3 count as an occupant, 1 small child under the age of three does not count as an occupant, but cannot use the pools or stay in the lodge.

How many people are allowed in a Standard Canyon Cabin? A Standard Canyon Cabin has an occupancy of 4 people. However, we will allow a 5th person for a $25.00 extra person fee.

What days do you close? We are open 365 days of the year.

Do you rent robes? Deluxe rooms come with two bath/pool robes for adult use. You may rent additional robes for $10 each per stay.

If I rent 2 or more rooms on a weekend, can I get a discount? Due to the popularity of our resort, we cannot permit discounts for lodging on the weekends.

If I rent 2 or more rooms do I need to put in the total number of people who will be lodging? No. If you are booking multiple rooms, please put the number of people who will be in each room under the room information fields for Adults and Children. If there will be a different number of people in each room it is best to book separate reservations.

What discounts do you have? Sunday – Thursday we offer seniors over 62 years of age, active and retired military personnel a 10% discount for lodging on non-holdays, Sunday through Thursdays. We do not have discounts for swimming. We have the frequent sleeper discount which we permit during slow seasons on weekdays for those guests who lodge with us four or more times per year.

Can an Online Reservation be created for the same day? No. Unfortunately online reservations can only be reserved for the next calendar date forward. For same day reservations please call the front desk at (406) 826 – 3150 Ext. 1.

Other

Do you sell gift certificates? Yes, we offer these in $25 increments. You can call us and we can process these over the phone with a credit card. We can mail them to you or the recipient.

Do you have a lost & found? Yes we do. Due to limited space, we only hold items for one week. We can mail items to you with a processing fee charged to the card on file. Discarded items are donated to local charities.

What activities do you have for my family? We have the pools, pool table, and hiking in the area. Locally, we also have the Bison Range, rafting trips or raft rentals, horseback riding, and a golf course. We are about 2 hours away from Glacier National Park.

What is the closest commercial airport? Missoula

Where can I land my own plane or helicopter? Small helicopters can land on site with prior approval. Planes can land locally at the Plains airport.

Does Quinn’s offer camping or RV sites? We no longer have any RV sites, however, if you wish tent camp, Cascade National Campground is just down the road.

Does Quinn’s have a guest laundromat? We do not. There is a local laundromat in the town of Plains.

What kind of shopping is in the area? Fannie’s Gift Shop has a wide variety of items for purchase on the resort. Antique shops are in the town of Plains.

Are there phones in the rooms? Yes, in most rooms you may dial local calls at any times. Cell phones do not work on our resort. Should you need to make a long distance call, you may use a calling card or dial the operator and use your credit card.  Some of our newer cabins do not have phones at this time.
